Originally incorporated in February of 1981 our association at that time consisted of only two buildings. Those being buildings 1 & 2 which face Key Colony Channel. Because they face the channel those owners also under a separate deed own bay bottom in front of their respective town-home. At this time our association consisted of 10 members/owners. More buildings would be coming soon.
This late 1980's aerial photo shows the property after buildings 3 & 6 were added in the mid 80's. With the addition of these two buildings the association membership now was 21. Building 6 became the first building on the East side of our property or the Ave. "C" side. These buildings faced Bonefish Marina Condominium Assn. but did not include a slip. Many of these owners purchased a slip separately from the Marina. The two associations today work very closely together.
Everything stayed the same at the association for a number of years. But in 2000, the final phase of development began. Buildings 4,5 & 7 were added. Buildings 4 & 5 are on the West side of the property and building 7 is on the East side. That brought the total number of owners to 34 and also completed development of the property.
Buildings 6 and 7 are located across the Marina from the pool & tennis court. To get to their property by car you go past the 95 Coco Plum entrance to Ave. "C". Turn right on Ave "C" and go to the first driveway on the right. It is just before the entrance to Bonefish Towers. Like the buildings 3 & 5, these town-homes face the Marina. They also have the benefit of a empty lot behind them. They do not include a slip unless it was purchased separately.
